Step 2: Curatorial Review
Every submission is carefully reviewed by our curatorial team.
We consider the originality, quality, concept, and how the artwork fits within the exhibition as a whole. Our goal is to create a diverse and inspiring showcase featuring artists from around the world.
Step 3: Acceptance & Registration
If your artwork is selected, you'll receive an acceptance email with instructions on how to secure your exhibition space by completing the participation fee.
Once your registration is confirmed, we'll send you a confirmation email containing all the important exhibition information, including key dates, artwork requirements, shipping instructions (if applicable), and everything you need to prepare for the exhibition.
Step 4: Send Your Artwork
Artists from anywhere in the world are welcome to participate.
If you're exhibiting a physical artwork, simply ship your artwork to the gallery before the deadline. Our team will safely receive it and prepare it for display.
If you're joining the Digital Exhibition, there's no need to ship anything. We'll display your artwork digitally throughout the exhibition.
Artists who wish to attend the exhibition in person are always welcome, but attendance is completely optional.
Step 5: Professional Installation
Our gallery team will professionally install and present every selected artwork, ensuring it is displayed beautifully throughout the exhibition.
Whether your work is exhibited physically or digitally, we take great care to create an engaging experience for every visitor.
Step 6: Exhibition Opens
Your work will be showcased alongside artists from around the world in Lisbon, Portugal.
