Who can apply to the London open call?
Emerging, independent and mid-career artists working in painting, photography, sculpture, textile, digital art, illustration, mixed media, installation, printmaking, video art and related visual practices can apply.
Do you accept photography submissions?
Yes. Arrival Gallery accepts fine art photography, documentary photography, portrait photography, conceptual photography, street photography and experimental photographic work.
Do you accept digital art and video art?
Yes. Digital artists, video artists, motion artists, illustrators, graphic artists and screen-based artists can submit. Digital works may be considered for screen display, digital showcase or selected exhibition formats.
Do you accept oil painting and traditional artwork?
Yes. Artists working with oil painting, acrylic painting, watercolour, drawing, pastel, charcoal, printmaking and works on paper are welcome to submit.
Is every artist accepted?
No. Submissions are reviewed before selected artists receive the full exhibition details and confirmation steps. This helps keep the programme considered and avoids overcrowding the showcase.
Is there a participation fee?
You can submit your work first. If selected, you’ll receive the full details, including the format, fee and preparation requirements, before confirming your place.
Can I apply for more than one city?
Yes. Artists can be considered for the wider Arrival Gallery international programme, including London, Athens, Brighton, Lisbon, Madrid, Manila, Osaka, Milan and other city opportunities.
